Invoice Account Conditions

If you are a registered School, Company or Organization.
You can apply for an invoice account.
(This can take up to 3 working days to authorise, please allow extra time on your first order.)

Once you have setup your Invoice Account
you can order goods on line and we will despatch them to you with an invoice.

Invoice Settlement.

Invoice settlement is required within 30 days.

Ownership of Goods.

All goods remain the property of The Alternative Display Company until paid for.

Payment for Goods.

Payment for invoiced goods can be made in 2 ways. 1. By post with a cheque (please quote invoice number on the back of the cheque).
2. By Credit Card over the phone (again please quote the invoice number).

We cannot except online payments for invoiced goods.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all in-stock items within 7 working days after the order is placed, (most will be delivered before then), but we advise you to allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Your account needs to be setup so delivery of your 1st order may have a slight delay. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you by email or telephone and at this point, if you do not wish to wait for your order, you can cancel your order.
